With more than 25 years of experience in advising and counseling executives and leaders, coupled with his captivating entrepreneurial energy, João has had the opportunity to interact with and assimilate knowledge from various individuals across different industries, sectors, and geographies while taking on management roles in specialized consulting activities.
His methods have consistently been supported by established methodologies and expertise. However, it is his innovative and strategic mindset that truly distinguishes him, guiding his specialized and unique approaches.
In response to the pandemic, he created mylle and its Leadership Design™ framework, continuing to support and develop executives and leaders during these complex times. This initiative led to the creation of a new methodology that embodies years of accumulated knowledge, research, and experience on the subject.
Leadership Design swiftly became a knowledge platform that fostered the development of innovative solutions to issues and challenges related to professional life. It was in this setting that Productivity Plus came into existence.
His interest in time management was sparked by sheer necessity in 2004 as a means to balance an intense professional career with a personal life. Impressed by the outcomes, he committed to diving deeper into the topic and began sharing his accumulated knowledge and experience with his teams, clients, and virtually everyone around him. Productivity Plus is the culmination of all this experience, drawing upon the technical value provided by Leadership Design™.
